Ceramic Filter feature high Q – low loss filters, small size and rugged SMT design using discrete  resonators and monoblock ceramic covering the frequency range from 300 MHz to 10 GHz. Our ceramic filter line includes band pass filter, band reject filter, low pass filter, high pass filter, duplexer, and multiplexer. High Power Ceramic Filters (20-30W continuous power) are suitable for small cell base station applications such as 4G LTE, public safety and wireless communication in 700MHz up to 5GHz.  These can be an economical option for cavity filters at a much smaller size.

LC Filters feature center frequencies from 100 kHz to 10 GHz with excellent environmental performance in rugged surface mount and connectorized package. Cavity Filters

Combline, Interdigital and Waveguide Cavity Filter Products

The Cavity Filter designs are available in the frequency range of 10 MHz to 40 GHz and with bandwidth options from 0.1% to over 66%. Cavity filters offer the user very high Q and low insertion loss, steep skirt selectivity, and narrower bandwidths than discrete component filters. Cavity filters, Combline Cavity filters and Waveguide Cavity filters are usually bandpass filters, band reject filters or multiplexers.  Our Cavity Filters include cavity band pass filters, cavity band reject filters, cavity multiplexers, dual cavity duplexers, combline band pass filters, interdigital filters, waveguide bandpass filters and dielectric resonator loaded cavity filters.

Dielectric Resonator Filter Solutions

Our Dielectric Resonators are offered in TE, TM and TEM mode which provide a wide range of microwave dielectric constant from Er=6 to Er=190 having very high Q factor to ultra-high Q factor, up to Qf>300,000 measured at 10 GHz. Applications include voltage controlled oscillators, dielectric resonator oscillators, microwave filters, combiners, cellular base station filters, radar detectors and satellite communication. 

The high K or Er substrates are made of high dielectric constant materials ranging from K = 6 to 190.  Standard sizes are 1″ and 2″ square with thickness from 10mils and up.  Custom size and thickness are available upon request.  These are suitable for MIC, strip line and thin film passive network applications for frequency from 6GHz to 100GHz.
